Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Shoptech.pk. We are committed to providing high-quality electronic accessories to our customers. However, we understand that there might be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the process.

1. Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 3-5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@shoptech.pk within 3 days of receiving the product, mentioning your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item back to us at the provided address.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is received.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, we recommend returning the unwanted item according to our return policy and placing a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3-5 days of receiving the product. must provide video proof of this. Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from delivery packaging. This video will be used as a proof that customer received damaged good. In case of high-end products: Product Performance related issues, refund, replacement, and repair services will be decided and given by our Aftersales department. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as software downloads, gift cards, and personalized products, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
